• SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join a leading private sector healthcare facility.
• This role involves providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and patient-centric environment.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental issues specific to pediatric patients, applying best practices in preventive and restorative dentistry, and promoting oral health education among young patients and their families.
• Key Responsibilities:* Conduct detailed dental examinations and diagnose pediatric dental conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s dental needs.
• Perform pediatric dental procedures, including restorative treatments, extractions, and preventive care such as fluoride treatments and sealants.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care measures.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a positive and reassuring experience for young patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with specialization in Pediatric Dentistry.
