- SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Specialist in Pain Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team.
- In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients who suffer from a variety of acute and chronic pain conditions.
- You will be responsible for conducting thorough clinical assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and applying a range of therapeutic interventions, including pharmacological treatments and interventional procedures.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be a key element of your work to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Responsibilities:* Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain disorders
- Develop and implement personalized pain management plans
- Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks and injections
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
- Educate patients and families on pain management strategies and self-care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Pain Medicine
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialist qualification in Pain Medicine
- Proven experience in managing complex pain conditions
- Proficiency in interventional pain management techniques
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
