Salary £39,863 p.a. (Double Days) / £42,274 p.a. (nights)

Specialist Operator Vacancies across all BUs:

We have successfully promoted 30 Technical Operators into the role of Specialist Operator across the site and as promised we are re-opening the opportunity to recruit the last 10.

As with the first wave, we will only fill these vacancies if we find the right fit.

So, you need to be a Technical Operator to apply, if you have not applied before you will follow a very similar route to the last cohort, and undertake a group exercise – if you applied and were unsuccessful then you will have an interview only which will be based totally around the work you have done post your feedback to improve. This will need to be evidenced with examples, implemented ideas, changes you have made to yourself

This role will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of their assigned cell or area, ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

In addition to operating production equipment, the role actively drives performance improvement through structured problem-solving, User Driven Maintenance (UDM), and Short Interval Control (SIC), supporting predictable operations and continuous incremental improvement.
