About the Role
TreeHouse Foods is hiring an Operational Excellence Specialist at their Georgetown, ON facility. The role supports implementation of the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS) and drives continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
- Support site leadership in implementing and sustaining the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS)
- Act as a tactical resource and change agent modeling TMOS behaviors
- Track and report KPIs related to supply chain performance
- Collaborate with division level continuous improvement leaders
- Support execution of continuous improvement projects
- Identify process requirements and improvement opportunities
- Utilize site data to support project prioritization and scope development
- Assist in execution of continuous improvement initiatives at site level
- Support project review meetings by preparing updates and tracking progress
- Conduct analyses of product and information flow using data
- Assist in delivering training and coaching on continuous improvement tools
- Support plant level initiatives and contribute to operational strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Exposure to project based work and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

About the Role
- TreeHouse Foods is a leading manufacturer of private label packaged foods and beverages.
- The Operational Excellence Specialist will support implementation of TMOS at the Georgetown, ON facility.
You’ll add value by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Support site leadership and process owners in implementing and sustaining TMOS.
- Act as a tactical resource and change agent modeling TMOS behaviors.

Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 63,000 – 94,400 annually.
- Eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation, bonus, and equity pay.
