Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies
- Manage all phases of offshore projects (FEED, EPC, commissioning, handover)
- Ensure adherence to ADNOC project management frameworks and standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required
- Act as the primary interface with ADNOC Offshore stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and safety
- Track variations, claims, and contract changes
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Petroleum)
- 12–18 years’ experience in oil & gas, with at least 5–8 years in offshore project management
- Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore projects (mandatory/highly preferred)
- Strong exposure to EPC project environments
- Knowledge of offshore construction, fabrication, and installation
- Familiarity with ADNOC standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Problem solving and decision making capability in high pressure environments
- PMP certification preferred

Job Purpose
- Lead and manage end to end execution of offshore oil & gas projects for ADNOC, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and HSE requirements.
- The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, EPC contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.

Stakeholder Management

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC HSE guidelines.
- Promote a strong safety culture across offshore operations.
- Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections, and toolbox meetings.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present periodic project reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Petroleum).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- 12–18 years’ experience in oil & gas, with at least 5–8 years in offshore project management.
- Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore projects (mandatory/highly preferred).
- Strong exposure to EPC project environments.
- Knowledge of offshore construction, fabrication, and installation.
- Familiarity with ADNOC standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
