The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for providing guidance and support to identified business leaders as they determine appropriate development opportunities for their teams.
Leveraging multiple resources within the larger Learning and Development Team, the Specialist will make recommendations, source options and content, and ultimately be responsible for the execution and measurement of local learning solutions.
