Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Specialist for IT/OT Integration to support the Corp Manager-IT Security in securing and monitoring the integration of IT and OT systems. The role involves monitoring security, responding to incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and collaborating with IT and OT teams.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and secure IT/OT integration systems to ensure high security, performance, and availability
- Conduct continuous security monitoring for threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities across IT/OT systems
- Report and escalate security incidents, system outages, or failures to the Corp Manager IT Security
- Assist in incident response, forensic analysis, and root cause investigations for IT/OT security events
- Support vulnerability management, including patching, configuration reviews, and risk assessments for IT/OT assets
- Maintain and update IT/OT security documentation, including system inventories, access controls, and incident logs
- Address Service Desk Tickets related to IT/OT security issues and provide technical support
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Participate in security awareness training and contribute to the development of security procedures for IT/OT environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field; or 2–4 years of experience/training; or equivalent combination
- 2–4 years of experience in IT/OT systems administration with a focus on security or cybersecurity operations preferred
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) preferred
- Experience with security monitoring tools, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners preferred
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and industrial automation security preferred
- Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GICSP, CISSP, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills required
- Ability to work under aggressive deadlines and meet project commitments required
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work weekends and on call support as needed required
- Valid driver's license required

Job Description
- The Specialist – IT OT Integration is responsible for supporting the Corp Manager IT Security in securing and monitoring the integration of IT and OT systems
- Focuses on protecting industrial control systems (ICS), such as SCADA, from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with security policies, and responding to security incidents
What Your Day Will Look Like

What You Need To Succeed
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
