We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.

This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• As a development lead, will be responsible to Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade full stack applications across UI, backend, integration, and data layers Design and implement scalable frontend architectures, reusable UI component models, and high-performance user experiences for complex enterprise workflows Build and optimize backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service orchestration layers supporting mission-critical applications Design and develop AI-enabled application capabilities, including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade full stack applications across UI, backend, integration, and data layers
• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures, reusable UI component models, and high-performance user experiences for complex enterprise workflows
• Build and optimize backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service orchestration layers supporting mission-critical applications
• Design and develop AI-enabled application capabilities, including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features
• Collaborate and work with other teams in a platform operating model
