Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholders in new product development, set program priorities, and provide guidance.
- Own project portfolio strategies, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee digital transformation and guide AI technology adoption.
- Manage assumptions, risks, issues, governance, metrics, costs, schedules, and program performance.
- Present business cases and program updates to senior management.
- Lead special studies and projects, escalate issues, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor and guide other employees.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or business administration.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- More than 5 years of program or project management experience.
- More than 5 years of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
