Job Description

Responsibilities

• Own one or more therapy areas, applying pharmaceutical knowledge and end-to-end project management.
• Deliver forecasts and analytical solutions using strategic and statistical techniques.
• Select forecasting methods based on context, data availability, desired accuracy, and timeline.
• Use machine learning, automation, and data visualization to improve forecasting processes and outputs.
• Identify key levers, insights, risks, opportunities, and uncertainties to inform decisions.
• Drive innovation, standardization, automation, and statistical improvements across forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, finance, research, demand planning, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Manage delivery of forecasts and forecasting tools with allocated resources.
• Maintain documentation according to internal standards.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering, Management, or Pharma postgraduate qualification with 3+ years of relevant experience and 1–2 years in pharmaceutical strategic forecasting or analytics.
