About the Role
Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) is seeking a Specialist in Corporate Performance Management to support the design and implementation of performance management processes. The role involves developing scorecards, monitoring KPIs, and building internal capacity to foster a performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Support sectors/offices in target setting and developing and cascading KPIs
- Develop performance scorecards in consultation with various sectors/offices
- Monitor and track performance against set targets and KPIs through collecting and analyzing data
- Develop and implement a tracking and reporting system to identify and report progress periodically
- Lead the support of sectors/offices in building internal performance management capabilities
- Serve as point of contact within Corporate Performance Management section for mentoring, coaching and capacity building
- Prepare progress reports on performance against KPIs and targets
- Prepare guidelines/manual to facilitate capacity building and ensure compliance with established methodology

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related specialization
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field

Job Purpose
- Support the design and implementation of performance management process and systems; build internal capacity to create a performance driven culture and ensure timely and accurate information on EAD’s performance against set KPIs and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support to EAD sectors/offices in target setting and developing and cascading KPIs.
- Develop performance scorecards, in consultation with various sector/office and divisions.
- Monitor and track performance against set targets and KPIs through collecting and analysing data on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement a tracking and reporting system in order to identify and report progress periodically.
- Take a lead role in the support of sectors/offices in building internal performance management capabilities.
- Be special point of contact within Corporate Performance Management section for mentoring, coaching and capacity building.
- Prepare progress reports on performance against KPIs and targets.
- Prepare guidelines/ manual in order to facilitate capacity building and ensure compliance with the established methodology.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor in business administration, or any related specialisation for a reputable university.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field
