- SearchPlus HR is delighted to partner with a leading private healthcare facility in the recruitment of a Specialist Cardiac Surgeon.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical environment dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiac care to a diverse patient population.
- Responsibilities:* Perform advanced cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications.
- Adhere to the highest clinical standards and safety protocols in all surgical procedures.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of surgical techniques and patient care pathways.
- Participate in teaching, mentoring, and professional development activities within the facility.
Requirements
- Requirements:* Board certification or equivalent qualification in Cardiac Surgery.
- Proven experience working in a private healthcare facility or tertiary hospital setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures.
- Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in cardiac surgery.
- Ability to manage complex cases and work efficiently in a high-acuity environment.
