Responsibilities
- Manage pitch timelines ensuring team works towards completing pitch deliverables on time and with excellence
- Coordinate across multiple teams and resources to ensure work is progressing and team members are integrating and collaborating
- Manage communication across the core pitch team to ensure clarity on timing and deliverables
- Communicate with potential clients and ensure high responsiveness
- Attend pitch meetings with potential clients and ensure follow ups are captured, shared and executed
- Identify and pilot ways to leverage AI in the pitch process to improve output
Requirements
- 0 2 years of experience, including internships; agency experience is a plus
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills especially in email
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment
- Curious mindset with strong critical thinking skills
- Desire to be a hands on multi tasker that thrives in a fast paced environment

About the role
- Known’s Media Science Business Development team is responsible for fielding and managing all new business opportunities for Known’s Media Science team.
- The Specialist, Business Development will assist the Director, Business Development in making all that needs to get done happen and leverage new technologies, such as AI, to improve the process and output.
- This is a great learning opportunity working across all aspects of Known’s Media Science group and interacting with senior executives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Pitch Administration: Manage pitch timelines, coordinate across teams, manage communication, attend key pitch meetings and consolidate follow ups.
- Client Relations: Communicate with potential clients, attend pitch meetings, ensure follow ups are captured and executed.
- Innovation: Proactively identify and pilot ways to leverage AI in the pitch process to leap frog current state and impress clients.
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE
- 0 2 years of experience, including internships; agency experience is a plus
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
