Use modern platform engineering to support reliable software delivery across the global Atlassian portfolio.
Manage and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem to help software teams deliver solutions faster.
Role Overview
Work as an Atlassian Cloud Administrator independently and collaboratively.
Translate business requirements into scalable, stable platform configurations.
Own day-to-day operations and improvements for Jira and Confluence environments.
Support approximately 25,000 Jira users and 35,000 Confluence users globally.
What You Will Do
- Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, and marketplace apps for high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and configure workflows, Jira projects, and Confluence spaces.
- Create end-user how-to articles and administration-team working instructions.
- Maintain technical documentation for operational consistency.
- Evaluate marketplace apps and platform features against business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering colleagues to improve governance and system efficiency.
