The role owns day-to-day operations and improvements for Jira and Confluence environments serving 25,000 Jira users and 35,000 Confluence users globally.
Work arrangements
- The listed flexible work arrangement is hybrid.
- No travel is required.
Role responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Atlassian Cloud Platform, including Jira, Confluence, and marketplace apps.
- Troubleshoot issues and configure workflows, Jira projects, and Confluence spaces for team needs.
- Create end-user how-to articles, administration instructions, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate marketplace apps and platform features against business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering colleagues to improve platform governance and efficiency.
