About the role
Provide functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle Finance and Project modules within Oracle EBS R12.
Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to maintain system stability, resolve issues, and deliver enhancements.
Core responsibilities
- Support Oracle Finance and Project modules and associated integrations.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher support levels.
- Configure system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- Conduct process-design workshops and identify process gaps.
- Prepare functional specifications for data conversion, migration, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Manage UAT and maintain governance, security, data integrity, and availability.
- Create documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base materials, and training.
- Support Finance projects and roadmap initiatives.
- Monitor Oracle EBS R12 features and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of functional configuration experience in Finance and Project modules.
