Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and departments, clients, and external partners
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
- Arrange business trips, accommodations, and travel itineraries
- Assist in project coordination and special assignments as directed by the CEO
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken, written, and reading)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory

Job Summary
