Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
  • The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Arrange business trips, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
  • Assist in project coordination and special assignments as directed by the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives or C level management.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
