SPE-Policy Servicing

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office applications including spreadsheets word processing and presentation tools to handle documentation reporting and data analysis for policy servicing.
• Apply prior experience in policy servicing or similar back office operations for a minimum of two years to understand workflows service level expectations and typical escalation scenarios.
• Utilize domain exposure to changes and endorsements when available to interpret complex servicing instructions and perform precise updates that reflect the intended policy modifications.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy to minimize processing errors and support reliable premium calculations endorsements and policy record adjustments.
• Communicate clearly with peers supervisors and internal stakeholders through email collaboration platforms and virtual meetings to ensure shared understanding of servicing requirements.
• Adapt effectively to hybrid work arrangements and rotational shifts by managing personal productivity maintaining responsiveness and supporting consistent service coverage.
• Show commitment to continuous learning by keeping current with product features operational procedures and regulatory guidelines that influence policy servicing activities.
