The Spares Planner is responsible for end to end service parts planning for assigned products, ensuring alignment to business objectives for customer service levels, inventory optimization, and lifecycle support.
This role owns the development and execution of spares strategies to meet Fill Rate targets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks across supply, demand, and product changes.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Spares Planner 3 serves as a key cross functional partner to Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Service organizations.
The role drives planning decisions through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, system expertise, and business judgment, while leading initiatives that improve service performance, cost efficiency, and scalability of spares planning processes.
