Job Summary
The employer is seeking a Spare Parts Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah.
The position combines spare parts operations, sales, inventory, supplier coordination, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify parts for purchase.
- Sell manufactured parts to customers.
- Supervise shipment issues for ordered parts.
- Manage team members and delegate tasks.
- Oversee replacement procedures.
- Source suppliers offering better-quality products.
- Resolve purchase order inconsistencies.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Plan promotional campaigns for parts on sale.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly and annual parts sales reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a parts manager or in a similar sales role.
- Knowledge of inventory monitoring principles.
- Leadership, team management, communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate store records and provide exceptional customer service.
- Administrative skills, problem-solving ability, and quick decision-making.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a positive working environment.
