- Monitor category performance to identify space productivity trends and improvement areas
- Build and maintain reports on product assortment, shelf performance, and space to sales ratio
- Support implementation of merchandising strategies that balance sales growth and margin
- Coordinate with marketing and suppliers to align space planning with promotional campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product visibility and optimize customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or retail analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple layouts and deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Space planning software knowledge is a plus
