A day in the life
As a Spa Therapist, you'll create exceptional wellness experiences for our members and guests through a range of professional spa and beauty treatments. From advanced facials and body therapies to massage and beauty services, you'll use your expertise to deliver personalised treatments that leave a lasting impression.
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you'll build strong relationships with guests, provide tailored treatment and product recommendations, and help drive repeat business through exceptional service. You'll also support the day-to-day operation of the spa, including maintaining treatment rooms, managing guest enquiries and assisting with appointment bookings and reception duties when required.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
We’re looking for…
Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification
Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist within a day spa, hotel spa or wellness environment
Strong skills across facials, massage, body therapies and beauty treatments
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Confidence in recommending treatments, retail products and rebooking opportunities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members and guests
Professional presentation, strong attention to detail and a positive team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work a rotating roster
