Position Summary
Support vital spa functions and deliver memorable, unique guest experiences at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.
The position is full time and non-management at the Doha property.
Spa Operations
- Promote spa services and retail offerings.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Answer guest questions about services.
- Check in guests and process payments.
- Make spa transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Physical and Professional Requirements
- Work requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- The role involves moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role involves moving objects up to 10 pounds independently and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
- Associates must follow policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communication.
