Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapies as per spa standards
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health conditions
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and properly sanitized before and after each session
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and retail products to guests
- Maintain accurate treatment records and guest feedback
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Promote a relaxing and welcoming spa atmosphere at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
Requirements
- Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training and certification
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment preferred
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
