Maintains a High Standard of Service throughout ReFIVE Spa, adhering to Industry-leading procedures.

Reviews Appointments after completing each treatment, Ensuring Punctuality and Maintaining a Tranquil atmosphere.

Ensures work areas are Impeccably Clean and Tidy at all times, creating a Stunning Environment for Guests to enjoy.

Promptly Reports any Dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Manager to uphold the Premium and Award-Winning Experience for FIVE’s Guests.

Manages the Inventory of supplies necessary for the Operation of treatment rooms, ensuring only 'FIVE-Star' Luxury products are used.

Upholds Cleanliness and Attention to Detail in the Stunning Spa Suites throughout the Shift, reflecting the 'FIVE-Styled' Flair of our ReFIVE Spa.

Attends Daily line-ups, as well as Weekly and Monthly spa Meetings, to Celebrate Achievements and stay Updated on Exciting FIVE Tribe Announcements.

Assists and Performs various Engaging Demonstrations and Events as required, Showcasing the Disruptive techniques and Services provided by ReFIVE Spa.

Interacts with Guests, answering all Spa and Hotel-related Questions.

Executes all Treatments to the Highest Standards of Professionalism, delivering a Disruptive and First-in-Class experience for Guests.

Provides Assistance in all Areas of the Spa when Necessary, including the Lavish Relaxation area and Buzzing Reception, ensuring the FIVE Journey is Unforgettable for Guests.

Conducts all Duties and Responsibilities as required by the Position or assigned by the Spa Manager or Spa Director.

Ensures Compliance with current Professional Licenses, reflecting FIVE’s Industry-Leading Standards.

Performs all Daily assigned Spa Therapist Tasks Meticulously, enhancing the Guest Experience.

Collaborates with other Departments, such as Concierge and Front Desk, to ensure Seamless Operations.

Updates and Expands Knowledge of Hotel amenities, Services, and Local attractions to provide Accurate information to Guests.

Handles Guest Complaints and Concerns Promptly and Professionally, finding Suitable resolutions to ensure Satisfaction.

Assists in Training and Mentoring new Spa Therapists, sharing Knowledge and Best practices to maintain High standards of Service.

Stays Informed about Industry Trends and Advancements in Spa Therapies and Techniques, incorporating New Skills and Treatments into the Spa's Offerings.

Collaborates with FIVE’s Marketing and Sales Teams to Promote Spa services and Packages, contributing to Revenue generation and Business Growth.
