Position type: Non-Management.
Position Summary
Spa Specialists support vital spa functions and help create memorable, unique guest experiences.
The role provides spa services, promotes spa services and retail, schedules and confirms reservations, answers service questions, checks in guests, and processes payments.
Role Expectations
- Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services for spa guests.
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and help create a safe workplace.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Use reservation software and perform hands-on work, including moving and placing objects within stated weight limits.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
