Role Description
- This is a full time remote role for a Spa Therapist at Beutics.
- The Spa Therapist will provide a range of professional spa services, including facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and related cosmetology services, in line with Beutics standards and client expectations.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations to understand client needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and delivering services safely and hygienically.
- The role involves maintaining treatment areas and tools, adhering to cleanliness and sanitation guidelines, and keeping accurate records of services provided.
- The Spa Therapist will also manage bookings via the Beutics platform, provide responsive customer service, promote suitable add on services or packages, and support client retention through consistent, high quality care.
Qualifications
- Strong spa service skills, including Spa Treatments and Facials, with the ability to tailor services to individual client needs.
- Cosmetology knowledge or training, with the ability to apply best practices in skin, body, and basic beauty care.
- Experience providing Pedicures and related nail care services in a professional or spa setting.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and a client centric approach in a remote booking environment.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or cosmetology from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards, including sanitization and infection control practices.
- Reliable internet access and comfort using mobile apps or digital platforms for scheduling, client communication, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, wellness center, or similar environment is preferred.
