Spa Operations

• Maintain hotel standards, a healthy work environment, professional grooming, and flexible working hours.
• Support sales and treatment targets through effective product communication.
• Train spa therapists and ensure treatments meet required standards.
• Maintain stock, equipment, hygiene, cleaning standards, and operational checklists.
• Massage clients and perform certified or trained body treatments.
• Promote spa services and answer facility-related questions from members and guests.
• Follow emergency, safety, equipment sanitation, departmental, and environmental procedures.

Administration

• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
• Maintain treatment-room supply inventories.
• Attend weekly or monthly aesthetics departmental communication meetings.
• Support resource efficiency, responsible energy and water use, waste reduction, sustainable purchasing, and environmental compliance.

Required Qualifications

• College graduate.
• At least one year of professional experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury five-star hotel environment.
• Current professional spa therapy certification and licensure.
• Expertise in body treatments and aesthetic procedures.
• Exceptional service standards in a high-end hospitality setting.
