About The Role
Naturelife Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our professional wellness team at Rixos Premium Dubai, one of the city’s most iconic 5-star destinations.
We are looking for a therapist with a warm personality, elegant presentation, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest care.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional wellness and relaxation experiences to our guests, ensuring each visit reflects Naturelife Spa’s dedication to luxury, quality, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of professional spa applications, including massages and body rituals, in line with Naturelife Spa standards.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a memorable spa experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Recommend suitable spa products and wellness experiences to guests.
- Uphold confidentiality, respect, and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the spa reception and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Qualifications & Requirements (Please read carefully)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and spa wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field.
- Presentable, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.
