Deliver and exceed guest expectations in accordance with the spa vision, core values, brand standards, procedures, and policies.
Deliver treatments and the complete spa experience to a high standard while tailoring treatments where needed in accordance with training.
Responsibilities
- Connect and communicate with guests, understand their preferences, and record information as required.
- Complete guest-journey handovers, follow up on treatment experience and satisfaction, and act on discrepancies.
- Follow the scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule.
- Manage professional stock and supplies.
- Maintain equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene in treatment areas and rooms.
- Achieve hotel-set sales targets and accurately record daily sales figures.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- Cover reception duties when required.
Requirements and Standards
- Be knowledgeable about all treatments offered and aware of current promotions.
- Follow spa standard operating procedures, policies, and training set by the Spa Manager and Head Therapist.
- Use product quantities specified by the manufacturer and do not exceed them.
- Supervise and support the safety of spa users and equipment and comply with applicable health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain professional appearance, personal hygiene, punctuality, preparedness, adaptability, accountability, and courtesy.
