The Spa Supervisor oversees daily health club operations and helps deliver memorable hospitality experiences for guests.
The role supports health club, fitness center, spa, or salon operations and works with the Manager or Director.
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager or Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
- Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
- Provide hands-on support in staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and quality.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and financial performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
Qualifications
