Spa Supervisor

Position Summary

Guest and Schedule Coordination

• Answer questions about available services, property information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest first and last names and scheduled treatment types before treatments begin.
• Monitor the daily schedule and advise providers of last-minute changes or additions.
• Resolve scheduling situations as needed.

Sales and Operations

• Promote and sell spa and salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools or equipment for conformance to company standards.
• Notify Engineering of spa or salon maintenance and repair needs.

Employee and Quality Support

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and support positive working relationships and shared goals.
• Develop and implement quality improvement or corrective action plans.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is specified as required.
• No license or certification is specified.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
