Position Summary

Support spa functions and deliver a memorable, personalized guest experience.

The role includes guest service, reservations, service information, check-in, and payment processing.

Guest and Spa Services

  • Promote spa services and retail offerings.
  • Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
  • Answer guest questions about services.
  • Check in guests and process payments.
  • Manage reservation software and visually verify information.
  • Follow company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.
  • Maintain professional personal appearance and communications.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Physical Work Conditions

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
