We are looking for a **professional Spa Receptionist** to join our luxury spa team.
The ideal candidate should have **previous experience as a receptionist**, strong **sales skills**, and the ability to **upsell spa services and packages** while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out smoothly
- Manage bookings, appointments, and confirmations
- Explain spa services, packages, and promotions clearly to clients
- Actively **upsell treatments, packages, and memberships**
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Coordinate with therapists and spa management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious front desk appearance
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Update client records and booking system
Requirements
- **Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist**
- Strong **sales and customer service skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in **English** (additional languages are a plus)
- Well-presented with a professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Experience with booking systems is a plus
