Role Summary
Welcome guests, manage spa appointments and reservations, handle inquiries and payments, and support daily spa operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service in the spa reception function.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or front office roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage spa appointments and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and payments.
- Support daily spa operations.
