Position Summary

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system. Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Answer questions about available services. Update reservations/cancellations list, inform providers of last minute changes, resolve scheduling issues. Check in

  • Schedule services, confirm appointments, answer questions, update reservations.
  • Check in guests, provide orientation, promote services.
  • Process payments, handle cash, balance receipts.
  • Report accidents, follow policies, maintain professional appearance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
