- Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Ensure all guest bookings, confirmations, and follow ups are completed efficiently.
- Provide on the job training to new team members.
- Handle the billing system accurately, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
- Support inventory management for spa retail products.
