Role overview
The Coniston Hotel Country Estate Spa is seeking a Spa Operations Manager for its Nàdarra Spa near Skipton.
The role supports the Spa department heads and Spa General Manager while leading daily operations and luxury service standards.
Compensation and schedule
- Salary is up to £32,500 per year plus service.
- The role is permanent, full time and contracted for 40 hours per week.
- The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Operational responsibilities
- Lead spa, leisure, fitness and associated operations, maintaining service, presentation, cleanliness and efficiency standards.
- Lead and develop Spa Host, Reception and Fitness teams.
- Manage health, safety, wet-area controls, water testing, equipment safety, statutory training and procedures.
- Manage workforce planning, rotas, recruitment, induction, training, absence and performance conversations.
- Oversee fitness and wellbeing activities, classes, inductions, instructors, events and retreats.
Guest and commercial delivery
- Deliver exceptional guest and member experiences, resolve concerns and act on feedback.
