- Manage booking inquiries through website and social media
- Provide high quality customer experience from booking to welcoming guests
- Update client records with contact details and services chosen
- Maintain staff records and administrative documents
- Carry out frequent inventory checks and manage inventory effectively
- Carry out regular training sessions with technicians
- Contribute to growth and development of the spa through strategy, events & marketing

Overview
- We are looking for a FEMALE spa manager/supervisor who can join us for a full time role. The position requires someone with good prior experience in the beauty/wellness industry and with good knowledge of all the industry trends. Responsibilities
- Lead, monitor and supervise daily operations
- Ensure all cleanliness/hygiene standards are met and all policies and procedures are executed
- Coordinate with all technical staff and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process
- Manage all staff schedules
- Manage all booking inquiries through website and social media channels
- Provide a high quality customer experience to clients, starting from a quick and seamless phone/whatsapp booking process to welcoming guests, creating a luxury relaxing environment for them, explaining the spa menu and packages and cross selling/up selling
- Update client records with contact details and services chosen
- Maintain staff records and administrative documents
- Carry out frequent inventory checks and manage inventory effectively
- Carry out regular training sessions with technicians to ensure a high quality luxury experience
- Contribute to growth and development of the spa through strategy, events & marketing, offering new products and services
