As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts
A real team-player delivering quality service at pace
Always working in a way that keeps our guests and team safe
Organised and able to work well under pressure
Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
