Hilton is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable hospitality experiences.
The role provides hands-on leadership and coaching to culinary team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and in-the-moment coaching to kitchen staff focused on outlets or banquets.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including production lists, line checks, and expediting service periods.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
- Foster strong relationships between front-of-house and back-of-house teams for seamless operations.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
