About the Role

- Manage inventory and monitor food costs
- Train and guide kitchen staff
- Organize workstations and oversee cooking and plating
- Assist with special events or client related catering needs
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop innovative dishes
Requirements
- Strong culinary skills including menu planning, food preparation, and modern cooking techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen operations including inventory management, food safety standards, and quality control
- Leadership and team supervision abilities with experience training and coordinating kitchen staff
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders and service periods
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with chefs and service teams
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a professional kitchen
- Culinary diploma, certificate, or relevant professional training preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Awareness of local tastes and ability to contribute to culturally relevant menu development
