Role Overview
Experienced Sous Chef role in a Central Kitchen / Production team.
Responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling daily food production safely, consistently, efficiently, and on time.
The role coordinates with Culinary, Quality, Stores, Procurement, Packaging, Logistics, Maintenance, and Operations.
Work Location
- Work location is a Central Kitchen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The stored job location identifies Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise high-volume food production according to production plans, demand, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure approved recipes, specifications, portion sizes, and production standards are followed.
- Monitor productivity, yields, food cost, portion control, waste, and production progress.
- Apply HACCP, GMP, food hygiene, temperature control, allergen management, FIFO/FEFO, and traceability requirements.
- Conduct quality checks, take corrective action, and maintain operational records.
- Lead, train, and allocate kitchen staff according to workload and production priorities.
- Coordinate ingredients, equipment, tools, manpower, suppliers, support teams, and on-time dispatch.
