A premium café chain operating in the UAE is looking for a Sous Chef in our team of enthusiasts to become the most recognizable brand in Dubai.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef
Mandatory experience with European cuisine
Experience in café / breakfast-focused concepts is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to maintain strict discipline and kitchen standards
Organized, responsible, able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
Control of food quality and pass during service (focus on breakfast service)
Supervision and planning of prep production
Managing orders for semi-finished products and coordination with central kitchen
Stock control and waste monitoring
Training and supervising kitchen staff
Ensuring compliance with recipes, standards, and hygiene rules
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience
- Sous Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
- European Cuisine: 1 year (Preferred)
