Role Overview
Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.

Previous experience in a pub is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in all aspects of food production.
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Maintain a regular maintenance schedule for kitchen areas and equipment.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for kitchen staff.
- Place orders and manage the order chain.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a pub.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
