Søly Bakery is looking for a passionate Sourdough Baker and/or Pastry Chef to join their team in Copenhagen. The role involves daily production of bread and pastries from scratch, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with a strong team.

About Søly Bakery
- Søly Bakery was originally established as an extension to Søly Bistro as a micro bakery, but quickly grew into becoming an independent entity within the organization as its popularity grew exponentially. We therefore decided to move the bakery into its own location around the corner and become a pro
- We make bread and pastries entirely from scratch, using traditional methods. We only work with the best ingredients and source locally, if possible. We offer delicious sourdough bread and many kinds of pastries including, but not limited to, croissants and other laminated items, cinnamon rolls, cook
Assignments
