About the Role
Manage manufacturer relationships and lead new products from idea to launch.
Keep existing products in stock and on schedule while working with design teams to develop new products.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Design, and E-commerce teams across the US and Europe.
Day-to-Day Operations and Supply
- Serve as the main point of contact for manufacturers and keep production on track.
- Work with Demand Planning to prioritize products and sales channels based on demand.
- Negotiate pricing while protecting quality and delivery timelines.
- Develop backup manufacturer options for products where possible.
- Coordinate quality checks and inspections and resolve issues before they affect stock.
- Identify potential delays or problems and develop solutions.
