Role Overview
The company is seeking a hands-on Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The coordinator manages the full cycle from supplier sourcing and purchase orders through final delivery.
The company handles sourcing, procurement, freight, and import/export across electric vehicles, marine products, robotics, and consumer goods.
Workplace and Employment
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate international air, sea, and land shipments from origin to delivery.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, HS code classifications, and SDS.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers.
- Request, compare, and negotiate freight quotations.
- Track shipments and keep customers and internal teams updated.
- Support supplier sourcing, price comparisons, and procurement.
