Role Overview
The Sourcing Specialist leads complex purchasing and supplier management activities to ensure we secure high-quality goods and services at prices.
We are looking for Strategic Deal-Making Skills on sourcing, strategic supplier relationship management, Strong Execution Skills on cost savings while maintaining compliance and sustainability standards.
You will collaborate with partners to understand purchasing requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and lead supplier performance.
As a senior-level Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Procurement team, reporting directly to the Sourcing Manager.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for direct materials, components, and manufacturing services.
- Develop suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and technical capabilities.
- Prepare RFQs, perform techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support new product development (NPD), supplier selection, and PPAP activities.
- Promote supplier localization and cost reduction programmes through value engineering and strategic sourcing.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to improve quality, delivery, and service.
- Manage supplier risks and develop alternate sources to ensure supply continuity.
- Support global sourcing programmes in collaboration with the Cubic Group Purchase Team.
- Ensure material availability while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and ERP/SAP processes.
- Faster long-term supplier relationships and improve to achieve our goals.
The Essentials – You Will Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
