As a Market Solutions Specialist , you will drive technical excellence by providing critical support for the seamless delivery of TMX trading and market data products to our diverse customer base.
This role reports to: Senior Manager, Market Solutions
Job Location
- Hybrid (2-3 days in office) - based in Toronto, ON.
Key Accountabilities
Understand the equities market, industry economics, and customer business.
Understand network fundamentals with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot network-related issues and provide front-line customer support.
Understand basic network knowledge such as, but not limited to: Multicast, TCP/IP.
Understand basic support tools such as, but not limited to: Netscout and Wireshark.
Support clients with their market access needs, including certifying client technology and troubleshooting connectivity and latency issues.
